RED Global: Workday PECI Integrations Analyst : India : 12 Months Contract

We are looking for a skilled Workday PECI Integrations Analyst to join a long-term, high-impact project. In this role, you'll design, build, and manage Workday PECI integrations, playing a key part in optimizing payroll interfaces and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

• Role:Workday PECI Integrations Analyst (Consultant)

• Start: ASAP
• Location: Chennai OR Pune
• Mode: Hybrid

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of Workday Integration experience with strong PECI expertise

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services

• Strong understanding of Workday HCM & Payroll modules

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally

• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday HCM and/or Integration Certification

• Workday PECI or Core Integration certification

• Exposure to cloud-based integrations
