Job Title: Workday PECI Integrations Analyst (Consultant)
Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)

Job Overview:
Client is seeking a Workday PECI Integrations Analyst to join our dynamic team on a long-term project. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of Workday PECI integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday integrations, a solid understanding of PECI (Payroll Interface), and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Design & Development: Lead the development, testing, and implementation of Workday PECI integrations, including inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
- System Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and integration solutions.
- Workday PECI Management: Provide expertise on Workday PECI functionality, including troubleshooting and support for complex payroll interface configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing and work with business teams for user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful system deployment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, process workflows, and configurations.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing support for Workday PECI integration issues and resolve problems related to data synchronization, payroll discrepancies, and system errors.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices for optimizing Workday PECI integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday Integration with a strong focus on PECI (Payroll Interface).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and PECI configurations. Familiarity with Workday HCM and Payroll modules is a must.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, and EIB).
- Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of payroll systems, data structures, and integration best practices related to payroll processing.
Certifications (Preferred): Workday HCM and/or Workday Integration Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Certifications: Workday PECI Integration or Workday Core Integration certification.
- Cloud Integration: Experience with other cloud-based solutions and their integration into Workday is beneficial.
