Key Responsibilities*

Configure and optimize Workday business processes and modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Payroll) based on approved requirements; support end-to-end testing and deployment/go-live readiness.

Lead requirement workshops, prepare functional specifications, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Advise clients on Workday best practices and solution options to maximize platform value; provide functional guidance to junior consultants.

Build and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields, support data reconciliation and audit requests.

Partner with integration and technical teams for inbound/outbound interfaces; support EIB loads and troubleshooting.

Plan and execute testing (SIT/UAT), manage defects, and support go-live and hyper-care activities.

Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations; create and maintain user/admin documentation.
