Workday Payroll USA/CAN
Required Skills:
- Workday Functional Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Payroll for USA and Canada.
- It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and the domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related work streams.
- A consultant with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus
- Workday certification in Workday Payroll for USA/CAN is desired
- Configuration experience of Workday Payroll for USA/CAN is must
- Ability to resolve day-to-day Workday Payroll issue
- Work with client to support the new requirements for Payroll in Workday
- Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
- Provide support for regular and Ad-hoc Payroll processes in Workday
- Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
- Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
- Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday Payroll for USA/CAN
- Configuration support for at least 3-4 clients handled on AMS model for Workday Payroll for USA/CAN
- Experience in integration of WD Absence and Time tracking with Workday Payroll module.
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Responsibilities:
- Gather Business requirements and provide configuration support of Payroll module for USA/CAN
- Resolve day-to-day Workday Payroll issue
- Support Payroll year-end activities in Workday
- Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in the Configuration solutions/Testing
- Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for Payroll processes in Workday.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
