Role: Workday Payroll Analyst

Experience Range Required: 6 to 8 Years

Job Description:

• Design and configure compensation structures including salary plans, hourly plans, allowance plans, and compensation packages.

• Set up compensation grades, grade profiles, and pay ranges.

• Configure eligibility rules for compensation plans based on job profiles and organizational hierarchy.

• Implement business processes for compensation events (e.g., merit increases, bonus payouts).

• Develop and maintain integrations related to compensation using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Compensation configuration.

• Knowledge of Advanced Compensation components (Salary Planning, Bonus, Incentive Plans, Stock Plans).

• Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.

• Experience in Workday reporting tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements

• should be willing to join in third party payroll C2H and then move to TCS payroll upon BGV clearance
• should have 6+ years of experience in Workday Payroll
• should have minimum 15 years of regular education
