Your Team, Your Impact

The Workday Admin Support role is responsible for providing day to day functional and technical support for Workday HCM, ensuring data accuracy, efficient system operations, and a seamless experience for HR teams and employees. This role partners closely with Global People Experience & Insights team, HR CoEs, IT, and cross platform teams including ServiceNow and reporting/analytics functions such as Power BI.
The ideal candidate brings strong Workday techno-functional knowledge, analytical skills, and a service oriented mindset.

What You Can Expect

Key Responsibilities

1. Workday Functional Support

  • Provide daily support for Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 issues
  • Assist with Workday EIBs, mass uploads, data corrections, and audits.
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, and data flows.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis, documentation, and testing for Workday releases and enhancements.
  • Assist in regression testing, sandbox validation, and coordinating tenant refresh activities.

2 . Data Quality & Compliance

  • Perform regular audit checks and ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, data privacy standards, and governance requirements.
  • Support audit requests and provide validated system data when required.

3 . Cross‑Platform Collaboration

  • Work closely with ServiceNow teams to refine HR case management workflows and routing connected to Workday transactions.
  • Support integration teams in troubleshooting Workday‑to‑downstream interfaces.
  • Partner with analytics teams to validate data used in Power BI HR dashboards and reporting.

4. User Support & Knowledge Management

  • Contribute to and maintain accurate Workday‑related knowledge articles, quick guides, and documentation in partnership with Tier 0 (self‑service) and Tier 1 (myHR) teams
  • Support onboarding of new HR system users through documentation, guidance materials, and system enablement.

Support self‑service adoption by improving system usability, content accuracy, and alignment with established channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Workday administrator or analyst in a global HR shared services set up.
  • Solid understanding of Workday HCM concepts, security, and business processes.
  • Experience performing EIB uploads, data corrections, and system testing.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced, operational environment.

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Workday Report Writer and Power BI.
  • Experience supporting Workday releases or system enhancements.
  • Workday certifications (Core HCM, Reporting, Security, or module-specific).
