Required Skills & Experience

  1. Workday Operations: 2+ years of direct Workday experience in HR operations, including strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Compensation, Security modules and other functional areas.
  2. Workday EIB: Proficient in building and troubleshooting EIB integrations for mass data loads and system integrations.
  3. Payroll Experience: Practical working knowledge of EMEA payroll processes, with preference for candidates experienced in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll support.
  4. Ticketing Tools: Expert handling ServiceNow or equivalent HR ticketing tools.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (HR, IT, service vendors, and business users) and managing expectations.
  6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical information to non-technical users.
  7. Problem Solving: Proactive, accountable, and able to escalate risks and roadblocks effectively.
