The TPG Workforce Development (WFD) team partners with subject matter experts and leaders to deliver standardized onboarding, on-the-job training, and technical training solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, operational performance, and audit compliance across global TPG teams. This role supports those efforts through the timely and accurate execution of learning administration processes and training-related requests.

This Extended Worker role will support learning operations by managing ServiceNow requests, executing learning administration activities, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of training-related transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

Primary Responsibilities

Learning Management

· Execute learning administration requests submitted through ServiceNow in accordance with established standards, processes, and service level expectations.

· Process training-related transactions, maintain learning records, and ensure data accuracy across learning systems.

· Monitor, prioritize, and resolve assigned tickets, escalating issues as needed.

· Support the successful delivery of workforce development programs through timely and accurate administrative support.

Qualifications
