Workday Learning Functional

We are looking for a Workday Learning & Development Functional Consultant with 2–4 years of experience in Workday Learning. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, support, testing, and continuous improvement of Workday Learning and related HCM processes.

Mumbai Candidates Preferred.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of relevant Workday experience, with hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
• Strong understanding of Learning configuration and L&D processes.
• Experience with Workday Business Processes, EIB, reporting, and security.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM and integration touchpoints.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Learning modules and business processes.
• Manage learning content, courses, programs, campaigns, and learning assignments.
• Configure Learning-related business processes, notifications, eligibility rules, and security.
• Work with HR/L&D stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Support EIBs, data loads, reporting, and dashboards related to Learning.
• Support Workday releases and assess the impact of new Learning features.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide user support/training.
