Location: Pune (Hybrid/On-site as applicable)

Experience: 6+ Years

Are you a certified Workday Learning Consultant with a passion for designing impactful learning solutions and partnering with global clients We're looking for a Workday Learning Consultant SME to lead the implementation, optimization, and delivery of Workday Learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Learning

Configure Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content, and Certifications

Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions

Configure learning business processes, enrollments, approvals, and completion workflows

Drive testing, deployment readiness, and release planning

Provide expertise in learning analytics, compliance tracking, and certification management

Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Support the adoption of new Workday Learning features and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of Workday HCM & Workday Learning experience

Workday Learning Certification (Mandatory)

Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), content management, and compliance training

Experience in client-facing consulting and solution design

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Preferred Skills:

Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation and AMS support

Knowledge of integrations with external learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, or similar content providers
