Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant SME to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise, Workday Learning certification, and experience driving end-to-end learning and development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.
Position: Workday Learning Consultant SME
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Learning modules, including Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content, and Certifications.
- Design and implement learning strategies, compliance training frameworks, and learner journeys.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Configure and manage learning business processes, including enrollments, approvals, and completion workflows.
- Drive testing activities, defect management, and deployment readiness.
- Provide guidance on learning analytics, compliance tracking, and certification management.
- Collaborate with reporting teams to develop dashboards and learning analytics.
- Support Workday releases and adoption of new Learning features.
- Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Workday HCM and Workday Learning experience.
- Active Workday Learning Certification.
- Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), content management, and compliance training.
- Experience in client-facing roles and solution design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience across the full Workday implementation lifecycle and AMS support engagements.
- Knowledge of integrations with external learning content providers such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and other LMS platforms.
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and learning analytics.
