Workday Learning Consultant-LMS

Hello,

We're looking for a dynamic Workday Learning professional who can confidently bridge business needs with smart system solutions.

Relevant Exp : 3+ Years

Mandatory Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

13 years of experience in Workday implementation or support (preferably Learning).

Minimum foundational knowledge of Workday HCM e.g., understanding worker data, organizational structure, and security concepts.

Strong functional understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) processes (e.g., content management, compliance training, learning assignments).

Ability to translate business requirements into functional system configurations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Workday certification in Learning (not mandatory)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 days Preferred

Job location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid)
