We are looking for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant with strong functional expertise in configuring, supporting, and optimising the Workday Learning module. Workday certification is compulsory for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and maintain Workday Learning components: courses, programs, campaigns, and offerings.
- Manage Learning Assignments, population rules, and compliance-driven setups.
- Provide BAU support, troubleshoot Learning transactions, and resolve tickets.
- Configure security groups, business process flows, and Learning notifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with HR/L&D teams to meet learning requirements.
- Develop and maintain Learning reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Support EIB loads for inbound and outbound learning data.
- Participate in Workday releases, regression testing, and impact analysis.
- Create process documentation, SOPs, and support end-user queries.
- Work closely with cross-functional HCM teams for end-to-end Learning alignment.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Skills & Experience :
- Mandatory: Workday Certification (Workday Learning or Workday Pro).
- 34 years of hands-on experience in Workday Learning configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of Learning workflows, compliance, and HR processes.
- Experience with security groups, calculated fields, and learning reporting.
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting/Integrations, Degreed, or Kahuna is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
