Experience configuring learning catalogs, curricula, and competency/skills mapping tied to job profiles. Proficiency building and maintaining Workday Learning business processes (enrollment approvals, completions, assignments, notifications). Understanding of integration points between Workday Learning and other HCM modules (e.g., Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Supervisory Organizations) for skills-based talent processes.
