Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy complex Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and PECI.

Develop and maintain custom XSLT transformations, calculated fields, and Integration System flows.

Work closely with functional SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Troubleshoot integration failures, perform impact analysis, and support testing & deployment activities.

Ensure bestpractice integration architecture, error handling, and Workday security alignment.

MustHave Skills

Strong handson experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and Reports.

Good knowledge of Workday HCM data model, business processes, calculated fields, and tenant configuration.

Experience integrating Workday with thirdparty systems via Web Services, SFTP, API Gateways, and middleware.

Ability to create technical design documents, mapping sheets, and maintain integration life cycles.

Strong analytical, debugging, and crossfunctional collaboration skills in an Agile environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years of formal fulltime education (10th + 12th + Graduation).

BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / MS or equivalent degree.

Minimum 2 years of relevant Workday Integration experience after graduation.
