Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration (Studio) Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related integration technologies. The candidate must be capable of working independently in an offshore remote setup and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Build complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, BIRT, and Workday APIs.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and HR applications.
- Work on XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, and web services integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production support tickets.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, and support UAT activities.
- Prepare technical design documents and maintain integration documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and security standards.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of IT experience with strong Workday Integration expertise.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Web Services (WWS)
- BIRT Reporting
- PICOF / PECI integrations
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Experience integrating Workday with external HR/Payroll/Finance systems.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM business processes and security framework.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and support activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration certification preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience working with global/offshore teams.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
