We are seeking a highly skilled and certified
Senior Workday Integration Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the technical lead for designing, building, and maintaining complex integrations between Workday and various third-party systems.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can translate business requirements into robust technical architectures while ensuring data integrity and process efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Integration Management: Lead the full lifecycle of integration projects, including scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Architecture & Design: Build scalable, high-performance integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 support lead for complex integration failures, identifying root causes and implementing long-term process improvements.
- Optimization: Evaluate existing integration landscapes to identify opportunities for automation, security enhancements, and performance tuning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure integrations align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Workday Integrations.
- Certifications (Mandatory): Must hold current and valid Workday Integration Core and Workday Studio certifications.
- Technical Deep-Dive:
- Expert proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Document Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Cloud Connect (CCB, CCTPP).
- Advanced skills in XSLT, XML, and XPath for complex data mapping.
- In-depth understanding of Web Services (REST and SOAP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of scope definition, risk assessment, and implementing business process improvements.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex logic within the Workday ecosystem.
