How You Will Contribute
- Understand current implementation and integration of HRM /Payroll /Planning /Spend Management systems and other legacy non-HR integrations.
- Collaborate and engage with key program and project teams across the enterprise to conceive, architect and deliver integration solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Work closely with in-house technical team across the globe, System integrators and project leadership to deliver/support solutions integration for workday HRIS and other integrations tools.
- Lead the development and rollout of integration standards and processes aligned with strategic objectives to govern integration solutions.
- Support the established AMS team to troubleshoot/address integration issues.
- Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads where required.
- Lead discovery sessions with business subject matter experts across various technical integration areas in delivering high-level design documentation.
- Advise business partners on adoption of Workday integrations and security best practices.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor s degree or Master s in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- Atleast 7 years of work experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation and Cloud Connect.
- Experience in creating data flows between Workday systems and HRIS system and understanding integration - messaging patterns is a must.
- Strong experience in HCM/ERP software application experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies is a must.
- Prior working experience with Workday integration suite and iPaaS based Integration tools (Boomi) is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of workday API s and other API s tools knowledge is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with multiple programming environments and Integration - Messaging tools is plus.
- Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment to dissect root cause of issues creating the best solution for IFF considering quality, cost, and speed requirements.
- Demonstrated skills in helping negotiate priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering).
- Knowledge of QA processes and test-driven development Quality and Security minded approach and experience in managing application data in accordance with data privacy policies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and Systems Development Life Cycle standards and familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum.
- Passionate about cloud platform and solutions in SaaS, Digital and Collaboration space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects.
