Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Time, Benefits, IT, and vendor teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems such as ADP Workforce Manager, ADP GlobalView, Benefits, Finance, and other 3rd-party applications.
- Develop integrations using Workday tools including Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and PECI/PICOF.
- Configure and maintain Workday Core Connectors to support HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Finance interfaces.
- Participate in all testing cycles including unit, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing to ensure accuracy and resolve issues.
- Monitor integration schedules, troubleshoot issues, and provide cutover, go-live, and stabilization support.
- Document integration specifications, data flows, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Stay updated with Workday feature releases and assess their impact on existing integrations.
- Provide production and business support for integration-related needs across the HRIS ecosystem.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
- Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI/PICOF.
- Experience integrating Workday with Payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView and Workforce Manager.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPATH, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Time system processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Workday Integration Certification(s) is a plus.
- Experience supporting HRIS go-live projects.
- Familiarity with vendor file formats and global payroll/benefits interfaces.
