We are looking for a Senior Workday Platform Developer to join a high-impact HR Transformation initiative. This role sits within the Workday Platform Team and will play a critical part in enabling seamless integrations, data integrity, and enterprise-wide system connectivity.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test & deploy Workday integrations (PECI, RaaS, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP Web Services)
- Lead payroll integrations using PECI templates
- Manage XML/XSLT transformations
- Perform impact analysis & regression testing during Workday upgrades
- Ensure compliance with Workday Security & SOX standards
- Maintain platform governance: SSO setup, Tenant refreshes, Certificate updates
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Procurement, Identity, T&E & other IT teams
- Work closely with Workday implementation partners & AMS teams
- Create integration design documents & technical documentation
- Contribute to scalable integration architecture across enterprise systems
Qualifications
5+ Years as Workday Integration Developer
Required Skills
- 5+ years in Workday Integration Development
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- PECI
- Core Connectors
- Workday Studio
- Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- XML/XSLT
- Workday Reporting & Security Configuration
- Experience across HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Compensation modules
- Payroll integration implementation experience
- Data privacy, SOX compliance & audit exposure
- Strong debugging & analytical skills
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Preferred Skills
- Deep integration architecture mindset
- Comfortable owning end-to-end integration lifecycle
- Strong business stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience in large-scale, enterprise Workday environments
- Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: 30 42 LPA
