Workday Integration Developer :: Certified

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, XML, and XSLT.
• Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and integration-related data transformations as required.
• Work with Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Recruiting to support integration requirements.
• Configure and maintain integrations involving employee data, benefits enrollment, payroll, and other HR-related business processes.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, analyze error logs, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, business analysts, vendors, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, compliance, and performance across all integrations.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation, mapping documents, and support procedures.
• Provide ongoing production support and participate in integration enhancements and Workday release updates.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Experience with Workday Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and custom reporting.
• Understanding of inbound and outbound integration patterns.
• Experience with SFTP, PGP encryption, and secure file transfers.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Workday security, integration system users, and domain security policies.
• Experience with integration testing, deployment, and production support.
