Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core/Advanced Connectors).
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor integration performance, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR Technology, functional SMEs, and global stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and support Workday releases.
- Build standard/custom integrations, EIBs, and basic connectors.
- Participate in enhancements, support, and unit testing activities.
- Lead development of medium/complex Studio integrations.
- Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and optimize performance.
- Own integration architecture and technical design.
- Lead complex programs, define best practices, and mentor teams.
- Partner with enterprise architects and drive integration roadmap.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration development
- Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core and Advanced Connectors
- Experience with Workday Custom Reports as data sources
- Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP and REST)
- Knowledge of document transformation technologies (XSLT, XML, JSON)
- Understanding of integration architecture and design principles
- Experience in integration troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Workday release management and upgrades
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- Experience working with global HR systems and stakeholders
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
