Workday Integration Developer
Experience: 8 to 9+ Years

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with 8 to 9+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical proficiency in Workday integration tools, solid understanding of core Workday modules, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. This role requires a balance of technical depth, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations using:
Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS)
SOAP Web Services
Core Connectors
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Workday Studio
- Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and data extracts to support integration and business requirements.
- Perform integration performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring to ensure reliability, scalability, and high availability.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions following Workday best practices.
- Support data management activities, including data validation, transformation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams (HCM, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Absence) to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure integrations adhere to Workday security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.
- Participate actively in an Agile/Scrum environment, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide ongoing operational support and documentation for integrations and data flows.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Workday integrations
- Solid knowledge of data management concepts, including data quality, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Access for data analysis, validation, and reporting support
- Experience developing and maintaining calculated fields and custom reports
- Good understanding of Workday Security concepts (strong plus)
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with core Workday modules:
