We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the integration of Workday with SAP4Hana. This role is essential for a large integration project requiring technical expertise in the Workday ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Architect, code, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Document Transformation (DT), and Core Connectors.
Build advanced custom reports (RaaS) and write complex Calculated Fields, XSLT, and XPath expressions for data mapping and transformations.
Develop components utilizing Workday REST and SOAP Web Services APIs to connect downstream systems.
Actively monitor scheduled integration jobs, perform root-cause analysis on failures, and debug system errors to maintain platform health.
Collaborate with functional business analysts and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and write comprehensive technical design specifications.
Requirements:
Typically requires 8 years of hands-on software development experience dedicated to the Workday ecosystem.
Experience in working in a rapid pace environment.
Required Skills:
Strong programming familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON, XPath, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Must have strong English communication skills and be able to talk to business users to determine requirements.
