Required Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience (Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS).
- Strong understanding of HR systems landscape and HR data flows.
- Experience with integration patterns: APIs, REST/SOAP, Events, SFTP, middleware tools.
- Experience working with cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure).
- Ability to review or troubleshoot logic in Java/Python (optional but valuable).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with architects and engineering teams.
- Exposure to GenAI/AI‑driven automation is a plus.
