Workday Integration Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedOracleWorkday Integration Consultantto design, develop, and support integrations betweenWorkdayandOracleapplications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Oracle systems (HCM, Financials, Payroll, etc.).

Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.

Handle inbound and outbound integrations, including REST/SOAP web services.

Support data migration, transformation, and validation between systems.

Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing production support.

Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

Prepare technical documentation and integration design specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience withWorkday integrations(Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).

Hands-on experience integratingOracle systems(HCM / Financials / Payroll).

Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) is a plus.

Good understanding of HR and Finance business processes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in large enterprise or automotive environments.

Exposure to cloud-based integration architectures.

Workday or Oracle certifications.
