Title: Workday Integration Consultant / Lead (Workday Studio)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio to independently manage and own all Workday integration builds. This is a critical single-owner role, where the selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end integration design, development, deployment, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Workday integrations, with primary focus on Workday Studio
- Independently own integration lifecycle: requirements design build test deploy support
- Develop and support inbound, outbound, and complex integrations using Workday Studio
- Work with SOAP / REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and transformation logic
- Handle error handling, logging, and troubleshooting for production integrations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for data exchange
- Ensure integrations meet data security, compliance, and performance standards
- Manage integration enhancements and production issues post go-live
- Act as the single point of contact for all Workday integrations
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience
- Majority of experience must be in Workday Studio (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience owning integrations independently (not just support or partial involvement)
- Strong hands-on experience with: Workday Studio, SOAP / REST web services, XML, XSLT, Error handling & monitoring
- Experience replacing or extending EIBs/Core Connectors using Studio
- Comfortable working as the sole integration resource

- Exposure to Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Web Services
- Experience working with multiple third-party vendors/systems
- Prior experience in global Workday implementations
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
