Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Workday Technical Developer with 4–6 years of experience in Workday integrations and technical development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Reports and Workday Financial Management.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Workday integrations and technical solutions to improve financial management and HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
• Develop, configure and maintain Workday Core Connector integrations.
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday EIB.
• Develop advanced Workday technical reports to support business and financial reporting requirements.
• Support Workday Financial Management processes and integrations.
• Work on Workday HCM technical configurations and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Optimize existing integrations to improve performance, reliability and data accuracy.
• Support data migration, transformation and system integration activities.
• Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation and deployment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Workday security standards and organizational policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Stay updated with Workday integration technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Workday technical development and integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
• Experience developing and maintaining Workday Core Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with Workday EIB (inbound and outbound integrations).
• Experience developing Workday Technical Reports.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and data flows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
