JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a Senior-level Integrations consultant with a strong depth of experience in the Workday integrations industry, client side or consulting. This position requires working cross-functionally to gather and define business and system requirements, develop and execute integrations testing to meet project milestones. The ability to communicate across a variety of different job functions and skill levels, in addition to coordinating multiple development streams simultaneously is a must.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, Test, & Implement Workday Integrations across all functional areas, using all Workday integration tool types (EIB, Workday Studio, CCW, CCB, Reports, Webserivces, API, RaaS, etc.)
- Work with business users in gathering and confirming integration requirements.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure proper secure file transfer based on data security policies.
- Work in coordination with external vendors to ensure proper testing of integrations and validate vendor requirements for integration systems.
- Build custom reports & dashboards for internal business users
- Configure security for integration system users as related to integration system development and testing
- Develop design documentation and testing scripts related to integration development and testing
- Build custom business processes where needed to fit integration requirements
- Follow timelines & meet expectations of internal project plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Workday ecosystem as integrations consultant or integrations developer
- 5+ years working with SaaS model systems
- 3-5 years working with development of Workday integrations, Workday custom reports, XML, XSD, and XSLT transformations
- 3-5 years working with Workday OX
- 3-5 years of experience monitoring and maintaining interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendor systems
- Experience working with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking & Pay Modules
- Experience managing Workday business processes
- Strong understanding of Workday public API framework
- Experience with BIRT development
- Ability to deliver creative and forward-thinking solutions to integrations implementation
- Ability to align requirements across multiple areas of business, and multiple organizations
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple workstreams effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Integration Certification (past or present)
