Workday Integration Consultant_Associate Consulting Manager

Work Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Chennai & Jaipur

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Candidates must hold at least one current certification: Workday Integration Pro or Workday Studio.
• Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, including 4–6 years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
• Experience in scope definition, requirements gathering, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.
• HCM or Financials integration lead experience is mandatory
• Integration and people leadership experience across at least three HCM or Financials implementations, covering a minimum of two project phases
• Experience in effort estimation, implementation planning, and project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships based on trust and collaboration.
• Ability to train and mentor Huron staff and contribute to their professional development in technical and project management areas.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects of varying scope, scale, and duration.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, and ASAP Utilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel based on business requirements and work extended hours as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, financial, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
