Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations that enable seamless connectivity between Workday and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs, along with a solid understanding of Workday HCM modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and functional issues across Workday environments.
- Perform data migration, validation, and ensure system integrity during upgrades.
- Support Workday reporting and analytics using Calculated Fields, BIRT, and Advanced Reporting.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for solution design and deployment.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Workday HCM configuration and integration development.
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security configuration.
- Experience in data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of XML, XSLT, and web services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Workday Certification in HCM / Integration/ Studio.
