Job Description

We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant with 5+ years of experience in HR systems and strong expertise in Workday Core HCM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure business processes, organizations, and security roles.
• Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and production issues.
• Develop calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
• Perform testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Support Workday releases and implement new features.
• Create functional documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, Organizations, and Staffing.
• Experience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and EIB integrations.
• Knowledge of tenant configuration and release management.
• Experience in data migration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
