  • Working Hours – EST Times (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)

Role Overview:

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Workday system and HR technology processes. The role will oversee onboarding workflows, data integrity, and automation of HR processes globally. This position is a key enabler of digital HR transformation and ensures seamless employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the global administrator for Workday HRIS modules.
  • Manage system configuration, maintenance, testing, and upgrades.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across the HR system.
  • Design and optimize HRIS workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exits.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics for HR leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with IT and vendors for integrations and technical support.
  • Support global onboarding processes with automation, digital document management, and employee experience design.
  • Train HR users and provide troubleshooting support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.6-8 years of HRIS experience with at least 3+ years on Workday Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
  • Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and workflow design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Workday certifications or equivalent expertise.
  • Knowledge of global HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting HR Shared Services or CoE models.
