Role Overview:
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Workday system and HR technology processes. The role will oversee onboarding workflows, data integrity, and automation of HR processes globally. This position is a key enabler of digital HR transformation and ensures seamless employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the global administrator for Workday HRIS modules.
- Manage system configuration, maintenance, testing, and upgrades.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across the HR system.
- Design and optimize HRIS workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exits.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics for HR leadership and business partners.
- Partner with IT and vendors for integrations and technical support.
- Support global onboarding processes with automation, digital document management, and employee experience design.
- Train HR users and provide troubleshooting support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.6-8 years of HRIS experience with at least 3+ years on Workday Benefits.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and workflow design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday certifications or equivalent expertise.
- Knowledge of global HR compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting HR Shared Services or CoE models.
