Role Overview

TCS is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 7-12 years of experience in Workday technical development, integrations, reporting, and support. The candidate should have expertise in designing and implementing Workday solutions, building integrations, and supporting HCM business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF, and PECI.
Design and create custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
Configure and maintain Workday business processes and security.
Work on inbound/outbound integrations with third-party applications.
Perform data conversion, migration, and mass data loading activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide enhancement solutions.
Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Support Workday upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
