Job Responsibilities
- Configure and support Workday Core HCM.
- Manage Business Processes, Security, Organizations, and Staffing.
- Create Calculated Fields, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Support implementation, enhancements, testing, and production issues.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM.
- Experience in Business Process Configuration and Security.
- Hands-on experience with Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and EIB.
- Experience in testing, data migration, and production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
- Workday HCM Certification.
- Exposure to Workday Studio, Core Connectors, or PECI.
