Job Title: Workday HCM Technical Consultant

Required Skillset: Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

Location: Mumbai

Experience Range: 5+ years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical development, along with a solid understanding of Workday HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using:

• Workday Studio
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.)

1. Build and manage inbound and outbound integrations
2. Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
3. Work with SOAP/REST APIs and XML/XSLT transformations
4. Configure and support Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)
5. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
6. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
7. Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance
8. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders

Required Skills:

5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Workday development

Strong expertise in:

• Workday Studio
• EIB & Core Connectors
• Workday HCM modules

Experience with:

• Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
• Calculated fields

Knowledge of:

• XML, XSLT, JSON
• SOAP / REST APIs

Understanding of:

• Workday security & business process framework

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
