Role: Workday HCM Technical Consultant

Location: PAN India

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in Workday integration technologies, security, calculated fields, custom reports, and enterprise application integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations and technical solutions.
Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using:
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Workday Studio
Core Connectors
Cloud Connect
Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
Develop and optimize Workday reports and dashboards.
Create and maintain complex calculated fields.
Support Workday HCM modules with technical configurations and enhancements.
Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities.
Develop and maintain integration documentation and technical specifications.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Support Workday release testing and production deployments.
Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
Ensure data security, compliance, and integration best practices.
