JOB Description:
MUST HAVE:
- Workday experience preferred with understanding of Workday configuration and integrations.
- Experience with creating and scheduling integrations and reports.
- Development and application configuration for Workday HCM.
- Primarily focused on integration development and enhancements.
- Perform hands-on development of various inbound and outbound interfaces on a new implementation for Workday using EIB and connections
- Troubleshoot integration issues requiring in-depth expertise with all aspects of Workday, including functional if required.
- Serves as the go-to person for Workday HCM system integration, reporting and data needs.
- Performs other integration and support duties as assigned.
- Good experience on the usage of Web services Connector/EIB/Payroll integrations.
- Good experience on using workday studio
- Good experience on using Solution and Object Transporters for migrations.
- Should have experience in Security groups and maintain job- based security group, role- based security and design security documents for technical team.
- Experience in end to end creation of Staffing models and compensation and configuring the business process as per requirement.
- Continually seeks ways to improves the process of delivering Workday solutions
