Responsibilities :
Collaborate with HR teams to implement Workday HCM Recruitment solutions that streamline hiring processes and enhance user experience.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations to meet organizational needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM Recruitment modules to ensure seamless operation.
Develop and maintain documentation for Workday processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for HR personnel to maximize the utilization of Workday HCM features.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to optimize recruitment workflows.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine Workday solutions to align with evolving business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday HCM implementations.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Workday HCM with other enterprise systems enhancing data flow and accuracy.
Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment analytics providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Support the development of custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide actionable insights for HR leaders.
Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of Workday HCM enhancements.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR technology landscape. Qualifications -
Possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM Recruitment modules and their application in real-world scenarios.
Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing Workday solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Have experience in the Devices/SPM domain which is advantageous for understanding industry-specific needs.
Show capability in conducting training and workshops to enhance user adoption of Workday features.
Display strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights for HR strategies.
Maintain effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
