  • Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement Workday HCM Recruitment solutions that streamline hiring processes and enhance user experience.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM Recruitment modules to ensure seamless operation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Workday processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions for HR personnel to maximize the utilization of Workday HCM features.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine Workday solutions to align with evolving business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday HCM implementations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Workday HCM with other enterprise systems enhancing data flow and accuracy.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment analytics providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide actionable insights for HR leaders.
  • Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of Workday HCM enhancements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR technology landscape. Qualifications -
  • Possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM Recruitment modules and their application in real-world scenarios.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and customizing Workday solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Have experience in the Devices/SPM domain which is advantageous for understanding industry-specific needs.
  • Show capability in conducting training and workshops to enhance user adoption of Workday features.
  • Display strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights for HR strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
