Job Description
The Workday Tester will be responsible for validating end-to-end Workday HCM and Payroll processes, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring system stability across integrations and payroll cycles. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Workday Payroll testing, test execution, data validation, and SQL for backend verification.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Testing
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Workday Payroll and related HCM modules.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases covering Payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, tax rules, retro pay, and time-related components.
- Validate E2E payroll processes, including payroll inputs, payroll results, audit reports, and post-payroll validations.
- Verify payroll outputs against business rules and compliance requirements.
