Workday HCM Functional Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Solution Architect to lead functional solution design, HR transformation initiatives, and end-to-end Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution design and architecture.
• Translate HR business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Drive business process design, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution reviews.
• Act as a functional SME across Workday HCM modules.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Lead solution governance, testing, UAT, and deployment readiness.
• Mentor functional consultants and support project planning and risk management.

Must Have

• 8+ years of HCM / HR Technology consulting experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM functional consulting experience.
• Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations/deployments.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and HR process transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience with global Workday deployments is preferred.
• Workday certification(s) preferred.
