Description and Location

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

·      Plan, configure, deploy and maintain Oracle HCM solution as result of divestiture

·      Closely working with the client business partners and SMEs to familiarise them with the Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities and support them in their transformation journey.

·      You will be responsible for a broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, data migration documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go-live, hyper-care and transition to the support organisation.

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:

·      Strong Workday experience. Minimum 5+ years HR experience such as Workday Implementation Experience at Senior level

·      Workday HCM or Pro certifications will be preferred.

·      Minimum 10 years relevant IT technical experience in the delivery and/or operations of software systems.

·      5+ years of experience in integrating multi-application and cross-partner business IT solutions.

·      5 years+ HCM experience with successful technology projects, including multiple implementation or AMS projects

·      Excellent Stakeholder Management

·      Strong, Fluent, and confident communication skills.

·      Proven experience in delivering large projects with onshore-offshore delivery model.
