Workday HCM Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HCM and Compensation to support Workday implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners - 30 Days only

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM Functional.
• Expertise in Core HCM and Workday Compensation.
• Experience in Workday business process configuration.
• Requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
• Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Workday certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday HCM and Compensation modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Design, configure, and test business processes, workflows, and functional changes.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and support production activities.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, technical teams, and other Workday teams.
• Support enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM processes.
• Prepare functional documentation and support user acceptance testing.
