Workday HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and support. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

·                    Configure and support Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Absence modules.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure Business Processes including Hire, Termination, Change Job, Transfer, Onboarding, and Compensation events.
• Configure Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, and Business Process Security.
• Develop and maintain Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields.
• Support Workday releases, testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Workday modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.
• Provide post-production support and enhancement recommendations.
