Role & responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Talent.
- Configure and maintain Business Process Framework (BPF) and security roles.
- Support testing (UAT), data migration, and system enhancements.
- Provide production support and analyze Workday bi-annual releases.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in Workday Core HCM configuration
- Knowledge of Business Process Framework (BPF)
- Experience with Workday Security and Reporting
- Understanding of EIB and data loading
- Experience in Workday implementation or support.
