YOUR MISSION
- Provide functional support for HR HCM processes, ensuring smooth operations in Workday
- Translate HR business requirements into effective system configurations and process solutions
- Collaborate with HR teams and IT to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules into daily workflows
- Optimize and troubleshoot HR systems to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to support adoption and continuous improvement
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Solid background as an HCM functional consultant, with hands-on experience in Workday
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (core HR, talent, performance, learning, payroll integration)
- Ability to analyze requirements and deliver user-friendly, scalable HR solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to work onsite in Delhi with flexibility for collaboration in a global team
