Job Description

Looking for an experienced Workday Core HCM & Security Consultant with strong functional knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), hands-on experience in Workday Security, and a good understanding of payroll processes. The ideal candidate should hold a valid Workday HCM certification and have experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing Workday HCM modules in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Workday Core HCM functionalities, including supervisory organizations, staffing, job profiles, business processes, and employee data management.
Manage Workday security configurations, including security groups, domain security policies, business process security policies, and role-based access controls.
Perform security administration, user access management, and periodic access reviews in line with organizational security and compliance requirements.
Support Workday payroll processes, including payroll configuration, employee payroll data, payroll integrations, and troubleshooting payroll-related issues.
Work with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Workday HCM enhancements.
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, notifications, approvals, and associated security permissions.
Troubleshoot functional and security-related issues and provide timely resolution.
Participate in Workday releases, regression testing, system upgrades, and change management activities.
Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and security-related process documents.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements, and audit controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM functional configuration and support.
Experience in Workday Security Administration, including domain security policies, business process security policies, and security groups.
Practical experience with Workday payroll processes and payroll-related functional support.
Good understanding of HR business processes, employee lifecycle management, and organizational structures.
Experience in business process configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
