- 9+ years of Workday expertise in implementation, rollouts, and AMS projects.
- Proven track record of 5+ full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- Deep understanding of HCM business processes and transformation strategies.
- Strong experience in testing, data migration, and integration methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.
- Delivery assurance experience in complex Workday programs.
- Advanced certification in 2 Workday HCM submodules.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
