Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Core HCM and Compensation modules. The candidate should have experience in implementation or support projects and possess strong configuration knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Core HCM and Compensation modules.
- Design and manage Business Process Framework (BPF) configurations.
- Work with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Handle security configuration and data validations.
- Support system testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Ensure alignment of system configurations with HR policies and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Workday Core HCM configuration.
- Hands-on experience in Compensation module.
- Knowledge of Business Process Framework and Security.
- Experience in implementation or support lifecycle.
