Workday HCM Business Analyst

Job Title: HR Systems & Business Analyst (Workday Headcount/Supervisory Org Specialist)

Location - Bangalore, Karnataka Office (Hybrid - Reporting to office 3 times a week and 2 days remote)

Shift: AMER shift 6 PM to 3 AM IST

Your Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Workday HCM, focusing on Supervisory Organization Management and Headcount Governance.
• Proven expertise in Workday Recruit, including Position Management and Requisition workflows.
• Strong background in executing complex reorganizations, cross-organizational transfers, and data governance.
• Ability to work a dedicated AMER shift to effectively support critical changes and business escalations.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience executing weekly and bi-weekly system audits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience bridging HR Systems Technology, Talent Acquisition Ops, and PBP Strategic Advisory.
• Proven track record of providing high-touch, consultative, white-glove advisory to People Business Partners.
• Deep understanding of the downstream impacts of foundational hierarchy integrity on Finance and Compensation Planning.
• Experience with Org Studio and enterprise integration builder (EIB) automation processes in Workday.
